4th of July

For the Fourth of July we went to the Fillmore parade and sat by Pampa Gene and Lori. Tristan loved the parade especially the ones with horses or tractors

Tristan loved to pick up the candy. Too bad that mom lets him get all that he can but doesn't let him eat all that he wants

This was my favorite float. Just a little bit worried about the little horses getting run over. I keep trying to talk Ish into getting some ponies. The kids would have so much fun.

We were quite nervous to take Morgan to the parade and thought that it would be to hot but he was so good. He slept through most of it. Thanks to Grandpa.

Boy were we suprised when we seen Grandma Maria walking in the parade. She took Tristan with her for the rest of the parade and then they let the balloons go to say thanks for the troops.

After the parade we went to the park and ate. I look forward all year to the food in the park it is always so good. Tristan got to ride the bumpy ride and he actually went all by himself and had a lot of fun. He also jump in the bouncy things and by that time he was so tired that he fell asleep standing holding my hand and we knew that it was time to go.

We went and watched the fireworks with Grandma Realaine and Brad and Grandpa Gene and Lori. I thought the fireworks would scare Morgan but he really watched them for awhile and then fell asleep in Grandpa Gene's arms again. Scott went and bought Tristans some light sticks that he thought were pretty neat. He loved the fireworks and quite loudly named every color (he is very into colors) and after the red ones he would say that was his favorite. You ask him now about the fireworks and he tells how happy he was to have both Grandma Realaine and Grandpa Gene there. It was a fun day.
